Bedford grade teachers invite parents to visit classrooms while local high school students are urged to encourage parental involvement during American Education Week. The observance is sponsored by the National Education Association the American Legion the U S Office of Education and the National Congress of Parents and Teachers with the theme An Educated People Moves Freedom Forward.

High School Comedy set for November 22 evening
The three act comedy centers on a brilliant architect’s son at a local high school. The play is staged in the high school auditorium with a November 21 matinee and an evening performance on November 22.
Bedford High Students Donate to United Fund
