Notice is hereby given that on April 18 1933 the court appointed the executrix of John W Flummer’s estate in Taylor County Iowa. All indebted persons must pay and those with claims should present them legally authenticated to the court for settlement.

Hearing set for April 29, 1933 at 9:00 AM in Bedford where interested parties may appear and show cause if any why the final report should not be approved. Attorneys Reid L. Hunt and James R.
