The site at Eden Stroburg and Glen Stroburg estates, controlled by John Stroburg, has a fenced dam area for livestock exclusion. John provides a swimming area with two shaded picnic tables. Eldon operates a boat on the water, digs a well for drinking water, and sets piling for a diving board. Robert Cordell notes no flooding half a mile downstream.
