Omer Whaley 52 of Dubuque Iowa died December 25 1974 in Dubuque. Born Siam April 6 1922 he served in the army and was wounded at Anzio Beachhead. He operated a home TV radio repair shop and is survived by his wife two children his parents six brothers and four sisters. Funeral held December 28 in Dubuque with interment there.
