Mrs Ed Schooler and Mr P H Peterson attended a lecture at Maryville Christian Church by a returned missionary from India. Mr and Mrs Jake Robbins visited Sheridan for their daughter Mrs Luther Cooke. Mrs Cooke faces a major operation at St Joseph hospital this week and the family will stay until her return. LeRoy Estes has become Paynes station agent and he and Mrs Estes live in Hamburg seven miles south. Mrs Everett Whitney visited her sister Miss Martha Nixon in St Joseph and returned home Thursday.
