Jack Huff son of Dr L D Huff was killed in an airplane accident at Shamrock Texas. Surviving are his wife and two children. The Huff family were former Lenox residents.
The Woman's Relief Corps will present a patriotic program at the RNA hall on Wednesday evening February 26.
Mary Lou Clarey daughter of Mrs Lena Clarey of Clearfield married Charles Russell Schlapia son of Mr and Mrs Floyd Schapia of Clearfield at the bride's mother home in Clearfield on Sunday February 9. Rev C L Ellis presided in a double ring ceremony for immediate family. Both spouses are graduates. she from Clearfield High School class of 1945 and Omaha Commercial Extension School. He from Clearfield High School class of 1944 and recently discharged from the US Navy.
