County Board Allows Numerous Claims in February Session

Funding Bonds Proposed by Taylor County Board
The Taylor County Board of Supervisors adopts a resolution to fund $24,000 of outstanding warrants through the issue of Funding Bonds. A meeting is set for February 19, 1940, at 2 PM in the Court House Bedford to act on bond issuance and notice is ordered to be published in the Taylor County Herald.
Notice of Meeting for Issuance of Funding Bonds
State of Iowa will meet February 19 1940 at 2 PM at the Court House Bedford to issue 24000 funding bonds funding outstanding poor relief warrants as of January 1 1940. Bonds will renew but not increase county indebtedness. Taxpayers may file objections with the County Auditor before the meeting. The Board adjourned to February 19 1940.
