Mrs Bee Weese visited University Hospitals in Iowa City from Saturday to Tuesday for medical care. Over the weekend Leona Williams hosted family members including her sons and their spouses.

Mr and Mrs Jim Manley of Gladbrook, Menlee Manley of Manning and Tong brothers from New Market visited Orval Manley home over the weekend. Jim Knapp family and Paul Leonard and Menlee Manley visited Coy Jefffers Word this week. Elmer Johnson of Clayton California died suddenly. relatives received notice. Johnsons lived east of Siam and their girls Betty Lou and Verlene attended Siam school.
