Pittsburgh, June 24. A ham mer wielding AFL union driver slugged a patrolman on duty at one of five strikebound department stores and attacked a lieutenant who came to aid. Stanley Prosey of the South Side was charged with assault with intent to kill and carrying concealed weapons. He allegedly had a one pound hammer hidden in two paper bags and struck from behind. Six Parents Found Dead at Home in Milton
In Milton Pennsylvania on June 24 given by Lon Milton six parents Mr Bruce William Reichelderfer 47 and Lena Margaret 46 were found shot to death by their son Boyd Heichelderfer and another child at Hilton edge. Coroner Dr James Harris ruled murder and suicide with the 22 rifle used to kill Mrs. Reichelderfer before the father self inflicting a shot. The living room sunlit scene showed Mrs. Heichelderfer on a daybed and Mr. Heichelderfer in a kitchen pool of blood near the rifle. The couple had disagreements recently according to Boyd and brother William who spoke with state police.
