Bedford Municipal Authority yesterday finalized a bond plan to borrow 702000 for sewerage system construction under the Clean Streams Act. The issue totals 720000 par with 233000 maturing 1954 1969 at 2 percent, 196000 maturing 1970 1979 at 2 1/2, and 291000 maturing 1980 1991 at 2 percent. The final cost over 39 years runs to about 1150000 with a projected borough rental of 36444 annually to cover debt service. a 213000 surplus income through 1991 may allow debt reduction.
