The annual report of Township Trustees approved by the Taylor County Board of Supervisors during the February 1921 meeting lists numerous accounts for drag road and cemetery work, printing, materials, and labor across townships including Mohlers Addition to Athelstan and related orders. The document includes payments to Walter Webb and many others, plus parcels noting road work, moise, and grading expenses.
The notice states Lot 18 in Block 20 in Athelstan Town was sold for 1912 taxes on December 1 1913 to F E Payton. The sale certificate is unassigned and owned by Payton. Redemption ends 90 days after complete service. a Treasurer's Deed will be issued if not redeemed. Dated February 16 1921.

The certificate has not been assigned and is owned by F E Payton. Redemption must occur within ninety days from complete service of this notice or a Treasurer's Deed will be issued.
