Uncle Billy Golding's 90th Birthday Observed at Daughter's Home

A small gathering celebrated Uncle Billy Golding's 90th at daughter Ja Fuller's home. Born June 15, 17 in Hamilton County Ohio, he moved to Indiana in 1825, married twice, and raised twelve children. He joined the Baptist ministry, served in Iowa, and led many to the church. He enlisted in 1862 with Co. E, 4th Mo. Cav., later became quartermaster sergeant, and remains mentally sharp with good health. A lightning strike killed three cattle, with Hawkeye Insurance reimbursing $120 for losses, prompting a plug for Hawkeye Insurance.
