Last year 1150 samples were collected and analyzed, with this year expected to exceed that record. Some seed dealers earned good reputations, others did not. Longtime Polk County resident Bradley dies in infancy era

An obituary chronicles the life of Mr. Bradley who served as sheriff of the county on the Democratic ticket during his two terms. After leaving office he partnered in real estate, later acquired a farm near Bedford and retained land in Polk Township. Survived by wife, two brothers Sid and Lon, two sisters Mary Rankin and Mrs. Stickleman, many nieces and nephews.
