Shoats Averaged 267 Pounds In Seven Months

E R Besco delivered twenty head of seven month old shoats in town Tuesday averaging a fraction over 267 pounds each. The hogs were half blood Yorkshire and grew fast toward market weight. They came from two Yorkshire brood sows producing twenty three pigs last spring and twenty pigs this spring. The twenty shoats were shipped out Tuesday evening with other hogs by Robert Campbell.
