Volunteers Vital part of Houston Methodist San Jacinto Hospital
About 80 volunteers at Houston Methodist San Jacinto Hospital support patient comfort and administrative tasks. They range from students to retirees, with roles at front desk, waiting areas, and providing reading materials, blankets, and activities for families. Volunteers work flexible hours and must complete a screening process and six month commitment. For information, contact Julie DeTorre at 281-420-7289 or jdetorre@houstonmethodist.org.
