Foot licking incident shocks Wal-Mart shoppers in Georgia

An 80 year old Georgia woman was licked on the feet by a man in a Walmart while another similar incident occurred at a different store. The man, described as similar in both cases, cited a religious ritual but authorities have not confirmed any motive. The incident follows reports of unusual fetishes in social circles, though details remain scarce. Jane Howard Lee, former Baytown Sun reporter, from Mont Belvieu, provides context on foot fetishes and public reaction.
