Punishment trial delayed for man who killed teen
A Livingston man who pleaded guilty to murdering 16 year old Kirsten Fritch in Baytown has had his punishment hearing postponed to Oct 15. Attorney Jyll Rekoff filed a motion for continuance citing Rekoffs vacation week beginning Oct 8 and an overlong hearing. Fritchs body was found near a Texas City bar by a Texas EquuSearch team. Dobbs is also the prime suspect in the murder of Fritchs mother Cynthia Morris and sister.
