Harris County Flood Control District filed Sept 1 with the U S Army Corps of Engineers for a permit to build Goose Creek Conveyance Improvements from Baker to West Cedar Bayou Lynchburg roads. A public meeting is set 6 p m Tuesday at the Harris County Courthouse Annex No 8.
