Divorce Filing Ties Air Force Col Guy to POW Reunion

Air Force Col Theodore Guy and his wife Sue filed a joint no fault divorce petition in Arizona six months after a tearful reunion ending five years of separation. Guy had previously charged eight former prisoners of war with collaboration with the enemy, a probe later dropped. one accuses suicide occurred among the eight. DETROIT Police Commissioner John Nichols says he was fired with plans to run for mayor Gribbs says the action separates police from politics. Nichols had led the primary and faces Coleman Young in November runoff.
