Baytown Council Approves 2016 2017 Budget No Tax Hike
City Manager Rick Davis presented the $177,856,439 Baytown budget for 2016 2017 to city council, which unanimously adopted it. The budget keeps property taxes and water and sewer rates flat, aiming to move the needle on quality of life. Eshbach gifts 25k to Bay Area Homeless Services

Murder charge: Man stabs, runs over woman
