Summer Heat Tales and Small Laughs from Lubbock
A light hearted column recalling hot season anecdotes from Lubbock Texas. It threads tales of overheated days, a realtor’s odd signing scene with an elderly teacher, a billboard quip about weather, a Santa delivery rush, a grandson converting to Celsius, a hog-killin' memory, a Colorado return and a long forgotten phone number. Dr Newbury is listed as a Metroplex speaker with contact details.
