Bob Snoek 84 of Port Arthur Texas died August 29 2018 at home after a two and a half year cancer battle. He was survived by his wife Peggy 57 years and his children Bryan Karen Janet and their spouses. He had seven grandsons and eleven great grandchildren. Born in Port Arthur he was the son of Florabell Snoek and William K Snoek.

He and Peggy retired to Lake Livingston in 1999, leaving a family business thriving under his children and sons in law. Avid outdoorsman, fisherman, and collector of Indian artifacts, he died at 84 and a memorial was held September 8, 2018 at Rosewood Funeral Home Humble.
