Busby Quinn. body to be shipped to Gaskill Funeral Home in Shawnee Oklahoma for graveside services at 4 p.m. Saturday. EPA urged to halt Gulf toxic dumping after fish kill
Harris County pollution officials urge the Environmental Protection Agency to stop all dumping of toxic industrial wastes in the Gulf of Mexico. A La Porte Du Pont plant and others near Beaufort and West Virginia held temporary permits since May 1 to dump about 120 miles south of Galveston. An EPA Dallas spokesman will investigate the captain's report of hundreds of dead fish. If harm is proven, dumping permits could be revised or revoked.
