Sheriff cites knife in Texas deputy shooting video
Bexar County Sheriff says a second video shows Gilbert Flores with both arms raised before deputies shot him outside a San Antonio area home. Investigators forwarded the footage to the state crime lab for analysis while efforts to obtain more evidence continue. An attorney for Flores’s family says the initial video suggests deadly force may have been unnecessary and contemplates a possible lawsuit to secure more materials.
