Watercolor apartments sold to Drever Capital
The Watercolor complex at 1700 Rollingbrook Drive, now Aria at Rollingbrook, has been acquired by Drever Capital Management from The Leyendecker Group. The 240-unit Class A community near I-10 will receive upgrades, including drought-tolerant landscaping, a pool area with a kitchen/bar, granite countertops, and Energy Star appliances. Drever offers rent discounts to teachers, police, firefighters, medical workers, and military personnel, and will donate an apartment to a Baytown police officer.
