Two Teens Die In Crosby Area FM 1942 Crash
Two Crosby area teens aged 18 died in a two vehicle crash on FM 1942 near Baytown. Ashley Rouse drove a 2002 Mazda west when it struck Rosa Oviedo’s 2003 Nissan Altima, killing Oviedo and passenger Raymundo Ramirez at the scene. Rouse was seriously injured and flown to Memorial Hermann Hospital under investigation by the Harris County Sheriff's Office Traffic Division.
