Archer district outlines outside-city stadium plans

Archer County trustees say the school district must operate without City or Baytown support as the stadium site lies outside city limits. Narrow 20-foot wide segments of Archer and Sjolander roads complicate access. The district will supply its own water and disposal facilities, deciding between a well or external water district supply.
