Baytown Heist Foiled At HEB Pantry
Baytown police credit a private citizen, Joseph Miller, 42, for helping stop an armed robbery at the HEB Pantry. The suspect tried to enter via the courtesy booth after a rejected job request. a female worker screamed, prompting Miller to intervene as other employees alerted police.
