Withheld UIL sanction won’t stop Bayou Bowl
Baytown report quotes Dick Olin saying UIL Legislative Council’s lack of sanction changes nothing as Bayou Bowl proceeds. He notes coaches association supports the game and that teams will reuse equipment, while shoulder pads remain a need. Crosby superintendent Don Hendrix, UIL member, disagrees with the coaches’ stance. See BAYOU BOWL on Page 7A
