Leggett Named A Senior Engineer At HORC Refinery
L Waldo Leggett has been named a senior engineer in Humble Oil and Refining Co. Baytown Refinery Technical Division. He will work in Fuels Planning on investment opportunities and capital budgeting for Baytown facilities. Leggett joined Baytown in 1958 and holds degrees from Rice University. He chairs and serves in professional chemists groups and AIChE roles. The Leggett family resides at 2805 Ammons with three children Martha Elizabeth John Waide and James Edward.
