Angel Brothers worker killed on I-45 site in Baytown
Kwan was arrested at the scene after a fatality at the Angel Brothers Enterprises site on I-45 North and Crosstimbers. The 33 year old pedestrian, later identified by the employer as Felipe Mejia, leaves a wife and four year old daughter. A foundation is set up to aid the family with contributions sent to The Felipe Mejia Foundation, c/o Angel Brothers Enterprises.
