Taft Circle decision extended to November meeting
Baytown City Council delayed ruling on whether to uphold the Taft Circle Apartments demolition order for the November 10 session. The site, deemed uninhabitable in 2001, has faced tax foreclosure and partial redemption but no repairs. City officials and owners debate a rehabilitation agreement with a bond and timeline to avoid demolition.
