Oil futures slip after brief rise to $32 a barrel
Crude oil futures eased on Tuesday after trading within a dollar-wide range. November light, sweet crude settled at 31.82, down 13 cents, amid profit taking and late buying by small speculators. OPEC output cuts and winter demand worries keep the market churning.
