Galveston judge ruled BP PLC Chief Executive John Browne must give sworn deposition to Eva Rowe's attorneys in the fatal 2005 Texas City refinery explosion case. The trial is set for November 8 with Rowe seeking about 1.2 billion dollars in damages.
Organizers expect pleasant weather for the Walk in Baytown with a 10 to 15 minute route ending at Tiki Bay for a complimentary breakfast.
