After a seven week trial Robbie Magness seated as juror among Harris County pool of 1690 in a case where a 10 year old boy fatally shot his physician father Rick Lohstroh. The boy was found to have delinquent conduct and will remain in state custody for 10 years. Magness later thanked his mother for not convincing him to shoot his own father at age 10. The trial started August 25 and concluded Thursday.
