Archbishop Fiorenza of the Archdiocese of Galveston Houston will lead the dedication of the St Joseph Catholic Church Family Life Center at 5 30 p m Saturday. He will bless the Rosary Garden and celebrate mass at 4 30 p m. The $1 2 million facility spans 6000 square feet and was designed by BGK Architects.
