Baytown P and Z backs new fast food sites on Garth Road

The Baytown Planning and Zoning Commission approved recommending to replat Conn’s site in the 5000 block of Garth Road for two new chains. Chick-fil-A plans a freestanding restaurant on the east side of Garth Road near Lynchburg Cedar Bayou Road, with permit applications submitted in September. Jack in the Box hopes to revive the former JoJo’s location as a remodeled fast food outlet amid limited other nearby dining options.

Burglary and Vehicle Theft Report From Baytown Police Beat
