Baytown Police Beat Summary of Local Theft and Vandalism
Between 6 pm Thursday and 4 am Friday a purse was stolen from an unlocked vehicle on Peppermill Avenue with property valued at 35 dollars. At Kroger on Alexander Drive around 1 pm Friday, 26 dollars of merchandise was reported stolen. A business owner reported damage in the 300 block of South Main Street from a non stopping accident damaging a fence and two vehicles between 10 pm Wednesday and 2 pm Thursday.

Burglary Reports Toward West Baker Road and Raintree Drive
Police report a burglary on 300 West Baker Road around 4 p.m. Friday with a damaged passenger window and a Kentwood car stereo system stolen. A separate break‑in on 1900 block of Raintree occurred between 3:30 and 5:30 p.m. Friday, with over $1,000 in property including computer hardware firearms and cash taken. Baytown Police logged 104 calls Friday to Saturday including 16 alarms, three assaults, one auto theft, three burglaries of motor vehicles, 10 disturbances, two criminal incidents, and several accidents.
