Albert W. Sonnier 24 of Cedar Bayou is the third Baytown man killed in Viet Nam and nearby operations. The Defense Department released a large casualty list. Sonnier served three years in the Army and was a civilian for 214 years. He attended Elton High School and is survived by his mother Mrs Ophilia C Henry and several brothers and sisters.

Harris County Commissioners will act on hospital financing at the Wednesday meeting. An allocation of 1.5 million from the general fund covers operation of charity hospitals while the new hospital district will not receive 1966 Mix money until October.
