City of Baytown extends its boundaries by annexing about 283 acres owned by LS Energy Properties US Denro Steels Cedar Crossing NSN Properties and United States Steel Corp, located east of FM 1405 and south of E McKinney Road in Chambers County. The ordinance names Stephen H. DonCarlos as mayor and Ignacio Ramirez Sr as City Attorney, with approval as to form.
