Langston Boulevard road project approved for HEB site connect
City Council approved a $2.9 million plan by Angle Brothers Enterprises to build 2000 feet of Langston Boulevard from the north side of the new HEB development to the west side, including a 1000 foot four lane boulevard on the north with a central divider, then a 1000 foot two lane section serving Magnolia Landing under construction. The work covers underground storm sewer and city water and sewer lines for both developments plus 35 acres the city owns at the Interstate 10 and Eagle Drive corner. Magnolia Landing developer will pay about half the cost.
