Three From Liberty Hurt In Accident
Three people from Liberty were treated and released at San Jacinto Methodist Hospital after an accident at 4908 N Main at 5 45 p m Friday. Andrew L Pate of Refugio northbound on Main tried to make a left turn into a service station in front of Linda Joyce Baldwin 23 Liberty driving south on Main. Mrs Baldwin swerved and went into a ditch in front of the station. Passengers were Roger Braxton Jr 6 and Laura Lee White 26 of Liberty. They were taken to the hospital by Baytown Ambulance Service. Charges were filed against Pate for being on the wrong side of the road.
