Lee Ganders Clinch District Win with Tate Eight Touchdowns
Tate's eight touchdowns powered Lee past Sterling 68 7 as the Ganders built a 42 7 halftime lead. Sterling coach Karl Terrebonne cited turnovers deep in Sterling territory as the turning point while Lee's defense stymied the Ranger passing attack and set up a showdown with North Shore for the district title. Tate finished 21 of 35 for 300 yards and 64 rushing yards, breaking the previous single game TD record.
