A Galveston County judge issued a temporary injunction stopping Sustainable Texas Oyster Resource Management from interfering with other oyster harvesters in 23000 acres of Galveston Bay. The Kiwanis Club of Baytown is selling apples in the Conn's parking lot at 5010 Garth Road. Hours are 12:30 to 5:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Apples include Red Delicious, Granny Smith, and Gala. Prices are $60 per case, $30 per half case, and $15 per quarter case.
