Bay City Texas AP reports prominent doctor Robert Jackson about 33 was shot to death on a downtown street early today. Wayne Smith 25 owner of the Texan Cafe is charged with murder. Mrs Georgeanne Smith 24 wife of Wayne Smith was wounded. Smith claims he confronted the couple after forcing them from the doctor's car. Dr Jackson was married and father of five. the Smiths have three children.
