West Chambers Pilot Club funds new Mont Belvieu park
The West Chambers County Pilot Club gave 11450 to Mont Belvieu mayor Nick Dixon for special needs playground equipment at the new city park. The Pilot International Foundation grant was matched by the club and Wal‑Mart funds from a spring gala at Barbers Hill High School. The project joins a community effort with ongoing fundraising and past goals including a wheelchair van and helmets for BrainMinder.
