A journeyman kicker recalls arena league tryouts and a pro rebound
Michalsky details open tryouts with the Katy Copperheads at Rhodes Stadium and a series of arena and semi pro gigs. He describes a late season run with the Texas Rams, a Brenham trip, injuries, a brutal loss, and a near retirement followed by an offer to join the World Alliance Football League. He reflects on chasing football, gathering game tape, and the urge to keep fighting.
