Officer's attorney questions misinformation after shooting
Baytown officer Juan Delacruz says the May 13 confrontation with Pamela Shantay Turner justified lethal force as Turner allegedly used his Taser against him during a struggle at Brixton apartments. Police report Turner died from multiple gunshot wounds after the officer fired when her Taser was taken. Funeral planned for Turner at Lilly Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Al Sharpton officiating.
