A Baytown Chamber of Commerce delegation will urge Harris County commissioners to add a Bayway Drive I 10 corridor project to the next county bond issue. Drivers Test On TV Tuesday 1967 National Drive Test
The 1967 National Drivers Test airs at 9 p.m. Tuesday on KHOU Channel 11 with a top prize of 20100 dollars. Shell Oil Go sponsors the program in cooperation with the National Safety Council. Prizes include a 10000 dollar cash award, 20 new cars and ten 5 dollar cash awards, doubled if the contestant completes the defensive driving course. To qualify, drivers must have no moving violations or accidents in June through August. The telecast features sequences on winter hazards school buses motorcycles and travel risks.
