Houston Man Bound to Jury in Car Theft Case
Walker Anders of Moustan was bound over to the grand jury Thursday by Justice of the Peace court on a car theft charge involving a vehicle owned by ALB Fisher of Channelview. Fisher testified that Anders kept the wrecker one day and then drove off with a woman at the wheel. the car was returned six days later. The bond was set at 1000.
